Our group fitness sessions deliver 2 things – fun & fitness. Our instructors are tough but fair and you will find yourself doing things you never thought possible. StrengthFIT sessions combine strength and cardio and our motto is “trained by people, not machines”
From hitting tyres with sledge hammers, rope climbing, stair running, kettle bell exercises – no 2 classes are ever the same.
You will quickly find yourself becoming “Synergyised” and addicted to our slightly left of centre approach.
